What information we collect
We only collect information we need to provide quotes, carry out work and run our business. This may include:
- your name, phone number, email address and property address
- details and photos of the trees or site you want us to look at
- job history, quotes, invoices and payment records
- information you include in a job application, such as your experience, licences and CV
- technical information when you use our website, such as your browser, device and pages visited
How we collect it
We collect information when you request a quote, call or email us, fill in a form on our website, apply for a job, or engage us to do work. Our online quote form is provided by our job management system, ArboStar, which stores your request on our behalf.
How we use it
- to respond to your enquiry and prepare quotes
- to schedule, carry out and invoice work
- to check council and site requirements for your job
- to assess job applications
- to improve our website and services
- to meet our legal, insurance and safety obligations
We will not sell your personal information. We will only send you marketing if you have agreed to it, and you can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
We may share your information with service providers who help us run our business, such as our job management and quoting software, email and website hosting, payment processors, accountants and insurers. We may also share information with councils, utilities or authorities where needed for your job, or where the law requires it. These providers are only given what they need to do their work.
Some of our software providers may store data on servers outside Australia. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your information is handled in line with Australian privacy law.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar tools, including Google Analytics and Google Search Console, to understand how visitors use the site. This information is collected in a way that does not directly identify you. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of the site may not work as intended.
How we store and protect it
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Information is stored in secure software systems with restricted access. We keep information only for as long as we need it for our business or legal purposes, then delete or de-identify it.

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by contacting us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time.
